Inspired by the exponential growth and ever-increasing spread of television, the first Blackguard Telecaster rolled off the assembly line in 1951 and the model has been in continuous production ever since. Seemingly simple and totally revolutionary, the Telecaster® made the solid body electric guitar accessible to the general public, inspiring countless musicians along its way.
