The Corona, CA.-produced American Performer Telecaster combines exceptional Fender tone and authentic feel with modern materials and player-oriented features designed to inspire while pushing your music to new heights.

The American Performer Telecaster includes Yosemite ™ single-coil pickups, designed for rich, expressive tones. With flat staggered pole pieces to increase power and shellac coating for the neck pickup and wax potting for the bridge pickup, allowing the coil to breathe while controlling feedback—Yosemite pickups produce dynamic sounds ideal for any musical situation. The American Performer Telecaster also features Greasebucket ™ tone circuitry to shape highs without adding bass, preserving the sound. The "Modern C" shaped neck sports a 9.5-inch fretboard that is comfortable for almost any playing style, plus 22 jumbo frets for easy and precise bending.
