The Jazz Bass® V Active Player II Modified is a classic model designed for the modern performer. All neck features are designed for fluid and fast playability, from the Modern "C" profile to the smooth satin urethane back finish, to the one-piece slab rosewood or maple fretboard, with a comfortable 9.5” (24.13 cm) radius and rolled edges, with 20 medium jumbo frets. The alder body provides classic Fender punch, and is available in a variety of stunning new finishes. Player II Noiseless pickups recreate the classic growling Jazz Bass® tone while eliminating unwanted noise, and the all-new active preamp with active/passive tone control and EQ section allows for perfect control to set your preferred tones. The 5-saddle HiMass™ bridge, tapered-shaft tuning machines, and TUSQ® nut work together to maintain incredibly stable tuning even during the most demanding performances.
