Fbt Vertus CLA206A Amplified Column Speaker

Featuring the same waveguide as its older brother CLA406.2A but only two 6.5'' woofers, the new VERTUS CLA206A is the ideal speaker to complement CLA406.2A systems to broaden the dispersion of mid-high frequencies and achieve excellent sound pressure uniformity in the listening area. It can also be used alone, in CLA206A clusters, and in combination with the VERTUS CLA118SA sub for a compact yet extremely high-performing PA system.

2 x 165mm (6.5”) custom woofers with 38mm (1.5”) voice coil

Large format FBT waveguide with 100°H x 25°V dispersion

Frequency response from 65Hz to 20KHz

Class D amplifiers with 600Wrms for LF and 300Wrms for HF with switching power supply

DSP processor with 8 equalization presets

Control panel with XLR input and link, volume, presets, HP-filter, ground-lift

Neutrik Powerconn In and Link power connectors

12mm (0.5”) birch plywood cabinet with anti-scratch paint, two side handles, protective rubber inserts and anti-slip top and bottom

4 side rigging points, two top and two bottom, designed to accept quick-release pins or M10 screws. New hardware for flown installation, ground-stacked, and the possibility to couple two or more CLA406A / 206A with an angle of 0°- 20° in 5° steps vertically, all with optional touring-proof quick-release pins.

35mm stand mount

Top side angled at 20° for maximum flexibility of use in combination with other CLA206A or CLA406A to adapt the vertical dispersion angle of the system to the listening area.

It can be used in small point source systems with the CLA118SA sub, or in clusters of two to achieve a vertical dispersion of 40°. Also designed as a downfill in CLA406A systems.
