The new line of classical guitars is inspired by the 19th-century lyre, whose neoclassical elegance left an indelible mark on the company's history. These elegant instruments bear the lyre symbol on the headstock and soundhole, evoking the link between tradition, creativity, and modernity.

The Expression series offers reliable and inspiring instruments: high construction quality, careful wood selection, and attention to detail make these guitars a perfect bridge between beginner instruments and professional-level models. In the P800CE, the solid Spruce top is combined with Macassar Ebony back and sides, a valuable high-density wood with elegant grain. The body features an elegant Glossy finish. The fretboard is made of Black Brankowood, a wood sourced from sustainable forests, characterized by high resistance to changes in temperature and humidity. The 19 Medium frets are made of Silver Nickel. The scale measures 650 mm, with a nut width of 51 mm. The dual-action truss rod allows for precise neck adjustment. The PLEYEL GC1 preamp equips the guitar with a tuner, a three-band EQ section with Mid Freq control for selecting the mid-range frequencies, and a phase inversion button. It comes factory-strung with Aquila strings. It is supplied with a padded gig bag, featuring a large front pocket and a top pocket that allow for storing all accessories.
