This 30" scale bass is the result of a collaboration between Epiphone and the legendary Allman Brothers Band bassist. Featuring a mahogany body and a pair of NYT mini humbuckers, this bass purrs and growls in true Woody style.

The mahogany body gives this signature bass a warm, resonant tone with great sustain, as well as plenty of depth. It offers good levels of grind and bite, which works exceptionally well with heavier music styles like rock. It also provides durability and a tone that will mature over the years for a long-lasting investment. The mahogany has been topped with maple, extending the mahogany's tonal range with increased brightness and sustain, as well as offering stunning aesthetics.

The neck has also been carved from beautiful mahogany, which is sturdy and offers good durability. It gives the guitar a richer focus, with warm and full nuances. It has been paired with an equally warm pau ferro fretboard, ideal for creating articulate tones that are smooth yet incisive.
