These are an evolution of the rough series. Perfectly smooth strings with a tolerance, across the entire string, of only 2 hundredths of a millimeter, allowing for perfect intonation. Thanks to the carbon alloy they are entirely made from, the sound is very similar to that of rough strings, but with all the advantages of smooth strings regarding clarity and purity of sound.
