The D-12E is an electro-acoustic guitar from Martin & Co.'s "Road" series, featuring a dreadnought shape and amplified with the Martin E1 system, which provides volume, tone, and a chromatic display tuner. It has a solid Spruce top, Sapele back and sides, a selected Hardwood neck, and an FSC® certified Richlite fretboard. A very versatile instrument with a high-performance and well-defined preamp system.

With a beautiful polished solid spruce top, this Dreadnought model is a great-sounding guitar at an affordable price, built with solid sapele or fine koa veneer back and sides. This model stands out from its siblings with a Style 28 multi-stripe rosette and Style 18 binding on the back. It features an FSC® certified Richlite® fingerboard and bridge, a polished body, and a hand-rubbed selected hardwood neck. Like other Road Series models, it is equipped with Martin E1 electronics with a built-in tuner in the soundhole, so you can tune it at any time without using a pedal.
