Thanks to Paul's inventiveness in implementing clipping options and tone controls, the Timmy Overdrive is the perfect overdrive pedal for all guitarists. The <strong>Clip</strong> switch offers three different clipping styles, going from a big sound with plenty of headroom up to a more compressed and saturated overdrive. The <strong>Bass</strong> and <strong>Treble</strong> knobs cut frequencies without boosting them: this preserves the natural timbre of the instrument by adding a clean boost. Furthermore, the bass control is wired to influence the pre-overdrive signal, so you can maintain a lower gain on the lows, while the high control is set to act on the overdrive signal.
