<h1 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>CR4 Electric Cello</strong> is the <strong>4-string electric cello</strong> from the <strong>CR</strong> series by <strong><a href="https://www.algameko.com/it/brands/ns-design" target="_blank">NS Design</a></strong>, capable of producing the precise and delicate tones of an acoustic instrument, and creating new sounds thanks to the innovative <strong>Polar™</strong> piezo pickup system.</h1><h2>OVERVIEW</h2><p style="text-align: justify;">The three types of interchangeable stands allow for new performances: a fully adjustable tripod (included) can be used for playing standing or sitting, while the <strong>Boomerang™ Strap System</strong> and <strong>Frame Strap System</strong> (optional) allow for maximum mobility. The classic endpin stand (optional) allows for the traditional cello playing position. The use of standard strings and scale provides the cellist with a point of contact between the classical and electric worlds. The power of the CR4 electric cello can be tamed to achieve the sounds of a traditional instrument or unleashed to explore new sonic territories.</p><h2>MAIN FEATURES OF THE CR4</h2><br><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Maple body and neck</strong><br>The CR4 cello is made of European maple, with a flamed maple top. The solid body design ensures that the CR4 has a rich sound without the constraints of an acoustic instrument. Thanks to the use of the same scale as a traditional cello and the neck shape, you will feel like you have an acoustic instrument in your hands, while the compact body will allow you to access the upper frets more easily. The brass reference at the back of the neck acts as a reference for the left hand, being in a position corresponding to the neck joint of an acoustic instrument. The solid construction allows the CR4 to have excellent structural stability and resist changes in temperature and humidity.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Fingerboard</strong><br>The fingerboard is graduated, with an asymmetrical profile to allow each note to be free from unwanted buzzing. The adjustable truss rod allows you to find your preferred setup based on the strings you use and your playing style. References along the fingerboard ensure precise positioning during performance.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Polar™ Pickup</strong><br>The Polar™ piezo pickup mounted on the bridge selectively responds to vertical vibration, typical of pizzicato, and horizontal vibration, obtained by playing with the bow.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Active Electronics</strong><br>The Dual Mode preamp allows you to choose between two types of sound. The first offers a full frequency response and rich sound, typical of modern low-impedance electronics, while the second is balanced and provides an acoustic sound, similar to a traditional cello. In the central position, a full frequency range is obtained. A three-way switch allows you to select the desired mode.
