Thanks to its very high input impedance, it is able to preserve the signal optimally, maintaining the smallest tonal nuances and absolutely respecting the expressiveness of the guitarist and bassist.

In addition to electric guitars and basses, this product is also suitable for acoustic instruments equipped with an amplification system (acoustic guitars, classical guitars, double basses, chitarre battenti, etc.) because it not only recovers signal loss but also revitalizes the sound by recovering the harmonics that characterize your instrument and restoring the nuances that define your performing style.

Furthermore, if you own a pedal with very low input impedance, which causes unwanted tonal variations, by inserting the CostaLab Buffer at the input of this device, you will be able to fully restore its operation, without losing anything of your sound and your expressiveness.

The power supply is 9 volts DC and connects via the classic 2.1 mm DC connector with center negative.

Current consumption is less than 20 mA. Due to its small size, battery power is not provided.
