<h1 style="text-align: justify;">Copperhead Drive is the VOX distortion pedal from the "Valvenergy" series that reproduces the typical sound of an 80s full stack amplifier in a compact format equipped with a Nutube valve. It offers Gain, Volume, Bass, Mid, Treble, Bright controls and, thanks to the 3 usage modes STANDARD, PREAMP, CAB-SIM, allows the guitarist to connect the pedal either to an amp or directly to a mixer or audio interface, making it usable in any situation, from live performances to recording sessions, from streaming to online lessons.</h1><center><iframe allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="664" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/verjUbjEvF4" title="YouTube video player" width="1180"></iframe></center><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In addition to developing traditional tube amplifiers, VOX is evolving by presenting the Valvenergy pedal line which uses the new generation <strong>Nutube</strong> valve, providing the response and harmonic distortion of some of the most popular tube amplifiers in three different modes: standard, preamp, and CAB-SIM.</p><h2>VOX VALVENERGY COPPERHEAD DRIVE USAGE MODES</h2><p><strong>STANDARD:</strong> the pedal outputs an instrument signal. Connect it to the input of your guitar amplifier as you would with a conventional pedal.<br /><strong>PREAMP:</strong> the pedal outputs a line-level signal. Connect it to the amplifier's return or to the power amplifier's input.<br /><strong>CAB-SIM:</strong> the pedal outputs a FULL RANGE line signal with an analog cabinet simulator, therefore "full range". Ideal for connecting directly to a P.A., a DAW or an active Full Range speaker, obtaining a "ready-to-use" sound that covers all frequencies, thus avoiding superfluous signal passages and conversions.</p><p>The VALVENERGY series consists of all analog circuits with a 9V power supply voltage boosted to 15V internally. This allows for greater volume and headroom and offers an even more dynamic sound. It is possible to daisy-chain two pedals together with a standard 1/8" stereo cable through the CH-SW jack of each pedal. This allows you to activate one pedal while bypassing the other, using the system as if you were switching between channels on a guitar amplifier. Using a 1/8" Y-stereo cable, three pedals can be connected. Turning the knob to the left produces a softer tone, while turning it to the right produces a bright and crystalline tone.<br /><strong>Middle:</strong> adjusts the mid-frequency range. Turning the knob to the right produces a rich mid-range.<br /><strong>Bass:</strong> adjusts the low-frequency range.
