Novation Circuit Tracks is an all-in-one groovebox with 2 polyphonic synth tracks, 2 MIDI tracks, and 4 drum tracks. It allows you to create grooves and musical ideas quickly and intuitively. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery (4 hours of autonomy) makes it portable and practical. It integrates a powerful synthesis engine and FX such as reverb, delay, and sidechain. Furthermore, it features an internal 32-pattern step sequencer that can be chained (256 steps per track).

With 32 velocity-sensitive RGB pads useful for visualising or playing and 8 potentiometers with RGB indicators to shape the chosen samples. The SD memory allows access and storage of up to 32 packs, each containing 64 samples, 128 synth presets, 64 projects, and 8 custom mappings.

Step Sequencer

Unleash your creativity with the renowned sequencer, capable of creating 32-step patterns and chaining them into sequences of 256 steps per track. Use microtiming adjustments for further modifications.

Effects Section

The integrated effects allow you to shape patterns and sounds in real-time, thanks to unique tools like beat repeat, vinyl simulation, reverb, and delay. You can also add a sidechain or compressor to give more emphasis to the created beat.

Controls and Adjustments at Your Fingertips

The eight potentiometers allow precise adjustment of synth and drum sounds, while the Master Filter control is always available to further enhance performance. Many other functions are quickly accessible: synth patches and drum samples to choose from, a selection of musical scales, adjustable tempo, swing, note length, and much more. You can start with a simple 16 or 32-step pattern and then quickly assemble them into more complex and longer patterns.

Memory

You can store your work in one of the 64 internal project memories. Additionally, Circuit Tracks' powerful Packs feature allows you to access, create, and store thousands of projects, synth patches, and samples on a removable microSD card.

Circuit Tracks Connections and Battery

Circuit Tracks connectivity includes the MIDI triad (In, Out, and Thru) five-pin DIN and 2 MONO audio inputs. The two MIDI tracks can send note messages and CC messages. The analog audio outputs allow listening through the stereo line out or using headphones. The built-in rechargeable battery offers up to four hours of autonomy, rechargeable via USB-C, so you can create beats on the go.

Software Components

Components is a Novation product management hub, where you can access new sound packs, manage sound content, customise your device, and stay updated with the latest firmware.
