This problem has now been overcome... introducing the St. James series! The world's lightest 50-watt tube guitar amplifiers! Thanks to hundreds of hours of study with the most famous reference amplifiers, we were able to design the new St. James. Due to the tonal differences between EL34 and 6L6 power tubes, St. James amps offer comprehensive performance in any situation. The St. James EL34 is the amplifier for classic sounds, combining typical British crunch with an American clean tone. The version with 6L6 tubes has the same headroom for clean sounds, and is paired with the highest-gain Overdrive circuit ever made by Blackstar!
