This problem is now overcome... introducing the St. James series! The lightest 50-watt tube guitar amplifiers in the world! Thanks to hundreds of hours of study with the most famous reference amplifiers, we were able to design the new St. James. Thanks to the tonal differences between EL34 and 6L6 power tubes, St. James offers full performance in any situation. The St. James EL34 is the amplifier for classic sounds that combines typical British crunch with an American Clean sound. The version with 6L6 tubes has the same headroom for Clean sounds, and is paired with the Overdrive circuit with the highest gain ever made by Blackstar!
