Description

BEHRINGER NEUTRON ANALOG MONOSYNTH

New product with receipt and warranty. For more information, please send us an email at info@yourmusiconline.it

The Behringer Neutron is a Paraphonic Analog Monosynth.

What does Paraphony mean?

Our friends at Audio Central Magazine quickly explain that paraphony is the ability to generate polyphonic voices, limiting the technical effort to only generation and channeling the paraphonic voices into a single articulation channel (amplifier plus envelope) and timbral processing (filter).

Having understood this concept, let's explore the Behringer Neutron

The Behringer Neutron is a fully analog monophonic synthesizer. Usable both standalone and connected to a modular system or keyboards or sequencers, its main characteristic is its uniqueness: the Neutron resembles nothing else, it is simply itself, but thanks to the mini-jack connector section on the right side of the panel, it is easily integrable into any system. This connector system is already preset without the need for any patch for standalone operations, whereas within systems, it is possible to route the various components via patch cables.

Some features?

  • Completely new VCF filter, named "Moffat Filter" after designer Keith Moffa, which can operate in both low-pass and high-pass modes
  • Keyboard tracking can be enabled and disabled with a click. An ADSR envelope is directly wired to the cutoff and is adjusted via the Env Depth control knob.
  • Integrated LFO module with five waveforms (sine, triangle, inverted ramp, square, ramp)
  • Mono audio output, headphone output with volume control, and external audio input.
