The M55 ceiling-mounted microphone system is designed for applications where aesthetics, sound quality, and ease of installation are essential. The main applications of the ceiling-mounted M55 include audio capture for video and presentations or VTC teleconferencing, distance learning, hospital rooms, surveillance and ambient microphones. The M55 conference microphone can be equipped with interchangeable capsules with cardioid, hypercardioid, omnidirectional, and supercardioid shotgun pickup patterns. High sensitivity and low noise. The installation of the M55 suspended microphone only requires drilling a 5/8-inch hole in the ceiling, without the need for additional tools. An optional MCHANGER orientation clip allows easy angle adjustment after installation. The cable assembly, with a specific locking connector, is neatly housed in a watertight junction box.
