Alloy: Anatolian cast bronze cymbals are made from the Anatolian B20plus alloy, consisting of 80% copper and 20% tin, plus a special secret additive known only to Anatolian.

Production: Anatolian cymbals are made in our own foundry and production facility. In the first phase of the production process, raw discs are cast from the alloy. This is followed by a complex tempering process. The raw discs are rolled in different directions and repeatedly heated. This complex process causes a change in the molecular structure, which is an important basis for the density, flexibility and durability of the metal. Subsequently, the discs are precisely cut for further processing. Anatolian cymbal masters, absolute authorities in their field, now begin the lengthy work of hand-hammering the cymbals. After hand-hammering, our masters lathe them and give them the final touches. At every stage of production, the cymbals undergo constant quality controls before passing the strict final inspection.
