SamplePad Pro is the all-in-one percussion instrument that knows no limits. It features 8 fully responsive (6 of which are large zone) velocity-sensitive pads with blue LED lighting. It comes with hundreds of high-quality internal sounds and an SD card slot for loading your custom sounds.

SamplePad Pro has trigger inputs for two additional drum pads and two additional inputs for Kick Drum and Hi-Hat pedals. The Kick Drum pedal connection offers 2 options for both on/off switch type pedals and trigger type pedals, just as the Hi-Hat pedal connection can be set for both on/off switch type pedals and variable type pedals. Unlimited Sound Power

With SamplePad Pro, there is no limit to your creativity thanks to the wavetable of over 200 meticulously crafted drum, cymbal, and percussion sounds, each created by Alesis' professional sound design team. These sounds are organized into 10 built-in preset drum kits for instant access during performance. In addition to the built-in sounds, you can also use an SD card (up to 32 GB, not included - insertable in the dedicated slot and manageable via USB) to load and store another 512 sounds in 89 custom kits. Furthermore, each sound can be internally modified through various parameters such as pitch, panning, and reverb for further customization. The user interface is intuitive and fast, and the LCD display will allow for simplified programming: editing and loading sounds is quick and easy, even during live performances!

The audio connections of the Alesis SAMPLEPAD PRO include: stereo out (L/R) on ¼” Jack connectors, headphone output on ¼” TRS Jack and auxiliary audio input on 1/8” TRS mini jack. In addition to the USB port, there are MIDI In & Out connections in DIN format.

DC Input: To connect the supplied power adapter

Power Switch

Main Output: Use standard 1/4" cables to connect the output to an amplifier. The level of this output is controlled by the Vol knob (to obtain a mono sound, connect only one cable to the left output)

Headphones: Connect your 1/4" headphones to this output

Kick Pedal Input: Connect an optional footswitch to this level using a mono 1/4" cable to use as a bass drum trigger while playing

Kick Type Switch: Configure this switch to select the type of kick drum trigger (sold separately) you are using with the unit. Select "Switch" if you are using a pedal or footswitch. Select "Trigger" if you are using a velocity-sensitive pedal, pad, or acoustic drum trigger

MIDI Output: Use a standard five-pin MIDI cable to connect this output to the MIDI input of an external MIDI device
