Alesis Percussion Pad

The PercPad is a compact instrument with 4 velocity-sensitive electronic percussion pads and a kick pedal/pad input. The sound library provides 25 acoustic and electronic percussion sounds freely assignable to each pad and editable. If you want to infinitely extend your sound library, the PercPad offers a MIDI OUT port that allows you to connect to and play any hardware (sound generator, synthesizer, sampler) or software (PC and Mac) MIDI-compatible instrument directly from the pads.

The kick pedal input works with numerous pedals and trigger pads such as the DMPad and RealHead Kick Pads. Compact and packed with ready-to-use sounds, the PercPad is an economical and versatile solution for adding additional percussion instruments to your live performances, whether you are a drummer, percussionist, musician (keyboardist, singer), or a DJ.

The PercPad can be installed on classic snare stands, or on drum racks using the Alesis Module Mount (sold separately), or placed and played on flat surfaces. The PercPad connects to your sound system via two ¼'' Jack outputs (L/R) and provides a headphone output for practicing without disturbing others.

N.B.: The kick pedal/pad is NOT included, but can be purchased separately.
