The Aguilar D2 Super Single series pickup set consists of 2 pickups, one neck and one bridge. It features the classic Soapbar pickup shape and is compatible with 5-string electric basses. The winding is made of Heavy Formvar, the wire size, wound on Alnico V magnets, is 42 Gauge. The single conductor wire is Teflon coated. Aguilar D2 Super Single is the pickup set that will allow you to achieve the classic Single Coil sound with soapbar-shaped pickups.
