The AFX Pocket Blender is the ultimate A/B/Y pedal that combines four essential tools: an input mixer that allows you to continuously adjust the level of audio sources connected to the TRS input, a D.I. output equipped with Fishman's balanced line driver circuit that can be used for sending to a PA system or home amplifier, an ABY output for splitting a signal or connecting to one or two stage amplifiers, and an A/B mode switch that determines the overall behavior when the footswitch is pressed. Without even touching the A/B functionalities, it's a two-channel mini-mixer that allows you to connect two audio sources and blend them together. This is perfect for dual-source systems like Fishman soundhole pickups that feature a microphone and a pickup. Create your instant mixer by setting an "A mix" and a "B mix" where pressing the footswitch alternates between one mix and the other. You could mix the built-in pickup (50%) with the built-in microphone (50%) on mix A. Then on mix B, which you use for solos, you could increase the pickup to 75% while leaving the microphone at 50%. All with a single press of the footswitch. And it's not just an A/B pedal with a mixer, it's the heart of Fishman's exclusive AFX Dual Path ecosystem.
