96C is a set of strings for A-tuned guilele and guitalele from Aquila Corde Armoniche's Nylgut series. They are made with Nylgut® trebles and silver-plated copper wound basses on a Nylgut® core, and provide a warm, round sound with excellent attack promptness and acoustic projection.

Overview of the Nylgut series for guilele and guitalele by Aquila Corde Armoniche

The classic set for Guilele/Guitalele with A tuning, suitable for all instruments with vibrating lengths of 42-43 cm (17″). Composed of Nylgut® trebles and silver-plated copper wound basses on a Nylgut® core, this set provides a warm and round sound, with excellent attack promptness and acoustic projection. Unlike classic nylon, Nylgut® is a material sensitive to cutting. Before fitting the strings, ensure that the grooves at the nut and bridge are shallow, perfectly smooth and free of sharp edges. The set is designed for instruments with a scale of 43 cm (17″): do not use on instruments with a longer scale.
