Novation SL 61 MKIII is a 5-octave MIDI USB keyboard controller with velocity-sensitive semi-weighted keys that scans key travel at a resolution of 10,000 points per second, ensuring maximum respect for your performance. Compatible with all DAWs using the HUI protocol, it also features an 8-track polyphonic pattern sequencer with automation recording capabilities, 8 arpeggiators (1 per track), and CV/Gate outputs. It boasts a rich set of configurable controls with 64 savable template presets: 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pads with aftertouch, pitch and mod wheels, 8 rotary potentiometers, 8 faders, transport controls, and 5 RGB LCD screens. It includes Chord and Scale modes, and a Capture MIDI function.

Strong connection with Ableton Live

Novation has collaborated with Ableton® to develop an absolutely extraordinary keyboard controller for the Live music production software. The five full-color LCD screens provide comprehensive feedback on parameters, offering the ability to view every controlled element.

SL MkIII compatible with all DAWs thanks to HUI

The selection of music software is crucial for stimulating your creativity. Through the 16 pads, various buttons, 8 faders, and 8 potentiometers on the SL MkIII, all major music software can be controlled using InControl. Additionally, Novation SL MkIII is compatible with any DAW that supports the HUI communication protocol.

Backlit pitch and mod wheels

The Pitch and Modulation wheels are equipped with RGB LEDs that change color to indicate the track being operated on. The brightness level indicates the value of what is being modified.
