<h1 style="text-align: justify;">173C is a set of single bass strings for classical guitar from Aquila Corde Armoniche's Ambra 2000 series with normal tension. They are made with silver-plated copper windings and a red core (Rayon basses), offering warm and percussive sonorities.</h1><h2>Overview of the Ambra 2000 series for classical guitar by Aquila Corde Armoniche</h2><p style="text-align: justify;">The Ambra 2000 set was created in response to the desire to rediscover gut-like sonorities, now lost, but which made the guitar great. The set comes with two tension levels and consists of Nylgut® trebles with a slightly different formulation than usual (to achieve the greatest possible singability, which is the main goal of this set) while for the basses (which are silver-plated copper wound with a red core), called ‘Rayon’ by Aquila, a balance between metal and core was sought to recreate a warm and percussive sound, similar to the natural silk basses of the past. The presence of more low frequencies (which are poorly absorbed) guarantees better projection in the concert hall.</p>
