A wide range of very intuitive gestures can be applied to obtain percussive rhythms, slides, vibrato, etc. Touché SE can be connected to any virtual synthesizer thanks to its integrated USB connection.You can create new, evolved, and complex sounds by stroking, touching, and pressing the control surface. Far from a simple mod-wheel, it offers instant and real-time control of multiple parameters, using simple gestures that anyone can master.The new SE (Software Edition) version, more accessible and affordable, features USB connectivity and is designed for use in conjunction with the included Lié software for immediate control of virtual instruments such as Massive, Monark, Razor, Serum, Diva, Arturia V-Collection, etc.Through the included Lié software, you can configure what type of CC messages Touché can send. Lié software works in full integration with Touché: it is a host application for plugins available in both VST and AU formats, compatible with all major Digital Audio Workstations. The software allows for simple and quick configuration and control of plugins and also includes a collection of professionally mapped and immediately usable sounds.Lié integrates advanced features such as speedmapping, sensitivity curve, internal memory management, preset recalling, tags, random, etc. Lié also integrates sounds and configurations for a wide range of virtual synthesizers, as well as all the tools needed to create custom presets for software synths. All included software presets have been developed in partnership with UVI Falcon and are ready to be played within UVI Workstation, which is included in Lié. Touché SE and Lié together offer a completely integrated and innovative solution perfect for any keyboardist's setup.Naturally, Touché with MIDI and analog Control Voltage outputs is also still available, along with other features for controlling hardware synthesizers.Expressive E is a recently established French company made up of a close-knit team of twelve engineers, musicians, and developers. The project that gave rise to the transalpine brand originated a few years ago in a research laboratory in Paris: the LAM. The initial goal was to understand the key principle of the behavior of the historical Ondes Martenot instrument, in order to then reproduce the same expressiveness with new technologies.
