In 2016, to celebrate BOSS's 40th anniversary of innovation, the original sounds of this analog chorus are reborn thanks to the Waza Craft CE-2W. The CE-2W's Standard mode faithfully recreates the classic chorus sound of the CE-2, adding a vast soundscape thanks to the stereo output, which was not present in the mono CE-2. The CE-1 mode fully reproduces the stereo chorus and vibrato sounds of the legendary CE-1, with the addition of an intensity control that was not available on the original pedal.
